If you receive FSSA
benefits, or work with people who do, you know that there have been
changes in the Family and Social Services
Administration. The new system was rolled out locally in March, and
this has presented some clients and agencies with issues receiving
services like TANF, Food Stamps, and Medicaid.
United Way, along with social service agencies, state legislators, and local government officials sponsored a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, June 25 at Ivy Tech Community College to discuss ways the system can be improved.
